The Role


•Achievement of Sales and target margins for the assigned territory
•Implementation of set regional sales strategy and marketing plans to meet strategic objectives.
•Continuous review of customer portfolio ensuring optimisations of growth, customer retention and seeking new opportunities to ensure targets are met.
•Effective delivery of sales presentations and proposals
•Sales across a broad range of electrical wholesale products for residential, commercial and industrial projects.
•Sales across multi access points branch, webpage, email and phone
•Effective, accurate and up to date use of CRM as a go to source of all information regarding customers.
•Collaborating with branch team members and suppliers to develop solutions tailored to customer needs and requirements.

The Requirements

•You have B2B solution sales experience.
•Knowledge of the electrical wholesaling industry is preferred.
•High level negotiation skills.
•Exceptional customer service skills.
•Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
•You have the ability to understand and apply market intelligence to sales strategies.
•High levels of initiative, you are “hands on” and have the ability to work autonomously.
•Excellent stakeholder engagement skills both internally and externally.
•The ability to use technology and analysis tools (Microsoft Dynamics / CRM Excel, Outlook, Web).
