The Role
• Formulate and execute account management strategies to strengthen business relationships with customers and major contractors
• Gather product specifications and requirements from customers and major contractors
• Work with Product Managers and the Internal Sales Support team to develop product and service offerings
• Present proposals, contractual documents, and technical product information to customers
• Work with the National Manager to develop annual and multi-year sales plans for target markets
• Research and investigate emerging markets (utilities, transport and energy) to identify current and future business opportunities
The Requirements
• Proven Account Management experience managing commercial or distributor accounts (experience managing education and government sector will be highly regarded)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge
