The Company
Due to a busy period, our client finds themselves needing assistance to relieve the pressure on their current team. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract but for the right candidate, there will be the opportunity to secure a permanent role.
The successful candidate will need to hit the ground running, utilising your experience in a busy office environment.
The Role
Reporting to a senior manager, the Accounts allrounder will support the Finance team in immediate AP and AR overflow work. You will assist with the completion of payments and controlling expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices and PO analysis. Keeping on top of month-end activities and providing accounting support to the Finance Team is also required.
The Requirements
•Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar Accounts allrounder role
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy
•Strong organisational and time management skills
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Able to work both as part of a team and independently
•Experience with Oracle is preferable but not essential
