As the Assistant Branch Manager you will provide day-to-day operational assistance and support to their team in Shepparton.

The Role

•Ensuring that customers receive a high level of service throughout all interactions with the Shepparton Branch.
•Working closely with the Branch team to ensure exceptional service and seamless experience is provided to all customers.
•Providing day-to-day operational assistance and support to a great team.
•Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, internal and external stakeholders across residential, commercial and industrial projects.
•Provide leadership and training to create an inclusive and harmonious work culture.
•Ensuring compliance with all procedures and further enhance a strong WH&S culture.
•Working closely alongside the team and Branch Manager to develop and implement continuous improvement strategies and processes.

The Requirements

•A background in Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience is highly regarded.
•You have previous experience in a customer facing role, with a passion for technical sales support and operational excellence.
•You are career driven, ambitious and you are passionate about all things electrical.
•You have an entrepreneurial flair and previous experience in leading or mentoring a team.
•Personal and professional growth is important to you.
