The Role

As a pivotal role in the improvement of company performance through excellence, as the Commercial Specialist you will: 


•Be responsible for reviewing and negotiating contracts and assisting in any client contractual dispute resolution process as required
•Support business development initiatives by consulting with commercial teams to ensure contracts and tenders are well negotiated and executed ensuring profitability and compliance
•Provide project management and tender development support where required across the business
•Ensure projects are managed within the contractual terms and variations are captured and managed in line with company guidelines
•Provide broad commercial support to the business where needed

The Requirements

•Contract administration experience in the construction industry 
•Proven ability to structure and develop winning strategies
•Ability to engage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
•Understand and negotiate appropriate risk allocations
•High attention to detail, whilst taking responsibility for the quality and accuracy of submissions
•Legal qualifications are a definite advantage
