The Role

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role is responsible for establishing and maintaining systems and processes to capture and report all key costing information. This includes costs of goods, work in progress, capital expenditure, research and development costs, and variance analysis. You will also be responsible for the ongoing analysis of process constraints, costing projects, margin analysis, and tracing costs back to underlying activities.

The Requirements

•You are degree qualified in accounting and CPA or CA qualified
•5 years of related work experience in a similar role and are currently working as a Cost Accountant within a high-volume manufacturing organisation.
•You are skilled in analysing data and making improvement recommendations
•You have an excellent working knowledge of computer software including advanced Excel skills (Excel query) and other production/ costing software and ERP systems. Oracle experience is an advantage.
•You are knowledgeable, proactive, results-driven and inquisitive, with strong attention to detail.
•You have excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to liaise at all levels across manufacturing and corporate stakeholders.
