As the Project Officer, you will be responsible for the management of key projects, from project quotation through to project completion.
The Role
•Lead project briefing sessions
•Manage project progress
•Develop project management plans
•Ensure projects meet deadlines
•Manage internal and external stakeholders
•Follow up and proactively communicate with National and Global customers
•Prepare and review contract documentation
•Oversee project documentation
•Participate in tender and bid processes such as tender response and management
•Manage project risk, reviews, and reports
•Secure growth opportunities within projects
The Requirements
•Project officer experience within a Product/Sales environment
•Experience with large, complex projects
•Experience with quoting and order management and pricing
•Problem-solving skills
•Interest in technical products
•Attention to detail
•Ability to handle complex enquiries
•Passion, agility, and an ability to think outside the box
•3-5 years experience in a similar role
