This is a unique role that encompasses both store work with backup customer service.

The Role

•Receive incoming goods, check the quantity, quality, and product type
•Liaise with couriers and customers for the pick-up and delivery of goods
•Update customers on expected ETA’s and delays
•Update back order and dispatch reports
•Ensure all store stock levels are kept to the required levels

The Requirements

•Minimum 2 years of warehousing experience
•Customer service experience
•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
•Strong attention to detail
•Forklift licence
